LightSpeed Resellers and Certifications

LightSpeed's team of authorized resellers are a network of specialists trained in implementing LightSpeed solutions for retailers. Resellers who attend intensive training conferences can earn certifications that recognize advanced LightSpeed knowledge as well as expertise in specific areas. LightSpeed resellers offer services ranging from workflow analysis, training, configuration, networking, support, and upgrades, as well as business services, web customization, POS hardware, and much more.

Reseller Certification Levels and Specializations

  • An Expert reseller has attended at least two LightSpeed Certification Camps, implemented at least 20 customer installs, and passed all Certification exams.
  • A Pro reseller has attended at least one LightSpeed Certification Camp and implemented at least 10 customer installs, or two camps and 7 installs, and passed the Advanced and Pro exams.
  • An Advanced reseller has attended a LightSpeed Certification Camp, implemented at least 4 customer installs and passed the Advanced exam.
  • A Certified reseller has attended a LightSpeed Certification Camp and passed the Certification exam.
